Our Support Team is available Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 6 PM EST. Please submit a support ticket using our request form and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

We understand that occasionally you may encounter inquiries or issues that require assistance. To ensure a quick resolution, please follow the guidelines outlined below when reaching out to support.

  • Support Team: For general inquiries or assistance, please submit a support ticket

    Customer Success Team: For inquiries regarding license counts, custom form or report requests, or training, please email customersuccess@enmark.com.

    Implementation Team: If your company is currently in the process of implementation or has recently completed implementation and has data-related questions, please email implementation@enmark.com.

    Managed Services Team: If you are contracted with our MSP Support Team and require assistance, please email servicessupport@enmark.com.

    Detailed description of Inquiry or Issue: Provide a detailed description of the inquiry or issue you are experiencing. Screenshots are highly encouraged as they can assist our teams in understanding the problem accurately.

    Context of Error Occurrence: Share what you or the team member were doing when the error occurred. Additionally, providing the time of occurrence can help us cross-reference with our database logs for a more precise diagnosis.

    Printer Issue Details: If the issue pertains to printing, please include the printer name, driver information, and what you were attempting to print when the issue arose. This information enables us to troubleshoot effectively.

    Reference to Knowledge Base Articles: If you have previously reviewed any of our knowledge base articles and require further guidance or support on a particular feature, please mention the articles you have referred to. This allows us to tailor our assistance based on your existing knowledge.

  • Eniteo integrates with AvaTax to provide accurate and simplified sales tax management. To enable AvaTax in Eniteo, please contact Enmark Systems. Database modifications are required before the setup process can be completed.

  • Versions of ENITEO beyond 6.02 require the .NET Framework 4.6.1 or higher.

    • In the popup box, enter your Host Name and click OK. The default name is “unix”, but a typical Host Name will look somewhat like this: 10.1.0.1

      Enlink is our Terminal Emulation program which provides PC to Unix connectivity. If you need to download Enlink, follow the instructions below.
      Instructions

      • If the button above does not work, copy the following link and paste it into your browser's search bar: https://www.enmark.com/downloadenlink/enlink.exe
      • When you click the Download Here button above, a box will pop up. Select “Run”.
      • Once the file is done downloading, the file will open.
      • Enlink 7.0 will install itself on your computer.
      • Navigate to your desktop (close or minimize all open windows.) There will be a new icon there – Enmark Systems Enlink.
      • Open Enmark Systems Enlink.
      • Press Enter (Return). If you see a login screen, you are ready to go. If not, try the following instructions.
      • Click Configure, and then click Communications.
    IF YOU DON’T KNOW YOUR SERVER’S HOST NAME: Open an existing, working copy of Enlink Telnet. Click Configure and then click Communications. Write down what is in the “Host Name” field, and then type it into the “Host Name” on the newly installed version of Enlink. Click OK.When you exit Enlink, it will ask if you want to save changes. Click Yes.
