The Enmark Help Center provides users with a one-stop resource for support and information. It offers access to helpful articles, details on the latest software updates, and a form for submitting and tracking support tickets.
In order to access configuration, troubleshooting, and step-by-step guides, you must have an account. To access the knowledge base:
Step 1: Create an account
- Open an internet browser and go to https://support.enmark.com/hc/en-us
- Click Sign in in the page header.

- Click Sign up.
- Enter your name and email and click the Sign up button. You will receive an email with a link to create your password.
Step 2: Create a password
- Access the email sent by Enmark Systems support.
- Click the Create a password hyperlink. You will be redirected to the support portal.

- Enter a password.
- Click the Set password button. Your account is created and you can now access help articles.
