The header section of all purchase order documents (Purchase Order, Internal Purchase Order, Warehouse Purchase Order, Pick-Up Order) has been reworked.

The Email ASN button on the Documents screen accessed via the Manage Sales Order Shipments program, has been renamed “Email SDP”.  The acronym SDP stands for “Shipment Documents Package”. This change was made because, in addition to a Packing List, Capstone is capable of delivering test reports.

On the Manage Sales Order Shipments screen, if the shipment status is currently “Invoiced”, assuming the invoice has not been posted, a new button labeled "Uninvoice" will be available. Clicking the Uninvoice button will return the shipment’s status to its status prior to being invoiced. For example, the shipment’s status might be returned to "Shipped".

When looking up an item, matching items are now sorted by Item Category Sort Sequence→ Item Category Description→ Item Sort Sequence→ Item Code.

If you use QuickBooks Online, the Manage Branches program now allows you to define one or more email addresses for notification when a sales order payment was not successfully uploaded to QuickBooks Online.

The Internal Sales Order document now lists the customer's physical address rather than its Accounts Payable department address. Also, the “Customer Contact” section has been expanded to include both the contact's office and mobile phone numbers. Additionally, the section labeled "Primary Rep" has been changed to "Sales Rep". Finally, the “Ready” date and time are now displayed.

The Our Sales Rep section of all customer-facing sales documents now lists the primary sales rep’s mobile phone number rather than his or her fax number.

The fax number has been replaced by mobile phone number in the Sales Rep or Customer Contact section of all sales order fulfillment documents—the Fulfillment Ticket, Picking Ticket, Production Ticket, Purchasing Ticket, and Quick Cut Ticket.

When emailing a customer invoice via the Manage Sales Order Shipments program, if there is more than one person designated to receive invoices via email, a new window labeled “Contacts to Email” will allow you to select/unselect the individuals you want to email the invoice to.

When emailing test reports via the Manage Sales Order Shipments program, if more than one individual is to receive test reports, a new window labeled “Contacts to Email” will allow you to select/unselect the individuals you want to email test reports to.

As shown below, a new field labeled "Commissions Paid Through" has been added to the Manage Branches program’s Sales tab/screen. Capstone will prevent certain changes from being dated on or before this date. For example, if the Commissions Paid Through date is 8/31/2023, Capstone won’t allow the cost of a tag invoiced on 8/13/2023 to be edited.
