Before this update is installed all workstations MUST be updated to Harman Adobe AIR Runtime version 50.1.1.2 or greater.  The runtime can be installed from the following link:   https://airsdk.harman.com/runtime

 

You no longer need to use Shift + Ctrl + F1 to open multiple instances of Capstone.  All you need to do is to click the icon on your desktop.   This can be done as many times as your computer memory will allow.  Mac users will need to contact Bayern Support to have a script installed to give you the same functionality.  In a future release we will be discontinuing support of Shift + Ctrl + F1.

 

The vendor name is now displayed on the Enter/Edit PO Receipts screen.

 

After a work order is posted, the screen is now cleared.

 

Item attachments can now be accessed from the Enter/Edit Sales Transactions screen.

 

The Capstone mobile application now supports splitting of weight-only tags.

 

The Profitability Information screen which is accessed via the Enter/Edit Sales Transactions screen's Options menu has been redesigned.

 

The Manage Items screen now allows a new item to be spawned from the current item. This option is accessed via the Options menu.

 

Capstone's menu security system now supports view-only access to the Enter/Edit Purchase Orders and Enter/Edit Sales Transactions programs.

 

A new, spreadsheet-based export called "Inactive Customers" has been added.

 

A new, spreadsheet-based export called "Inactive Vendors" has been added.

 

The Enter/Edit Work Orders program no longer automatically launches the Output Detail screen after the input record is saved.

 

A new program called "Transfer Location-Only Inventory" has been added.

 

When directly emailing the Purchase Order document, the name of the PDF file is now your company name plus the purchase order number.  For example: "XYZ Metals Purchase Order #182738"

 

The Brief Item Description has been added to the grid on the Purchase Order Line Detail Lookup screen.


Enter/Edit Sales Orders and Enter/Edit Sales Quotes have been merged into a single menu option called Enter/Edit Sales Transactions. The default mode (Sales Order or Sales Quote) may be set on a branch level via Manage Branches.
