Inventory Control ->Setup/Miscellaneous -> Homogeneous Physical Inventory -> Post Corrections: Zero quantity on-hand items will no longer be added with last cost or replacement cost. Zero quantity on-hand items will be added at ZERO cost. Added new tracking file for posted corrections. This file is a combination of the physical counts and the accumulated adjustments put into history.
General Ledger -> Reports/Inquiries -> Tieout Reports -> Inventory Tieouts: This report is now warehouse specific. If more than one warehouse exists, each warehouse will require its own unique Inventory GL Asset account. If only one warehouse exists, each category will require its own unique Inventory GL Asset account.
Sales Orders -> Processing -> Enter Orders/Quotes: If the costs of all standard sizes are the same, Steel Plus will automatically use the largest standard size for the cost.
Inventory Control -> Processing -> Toll-Processing Work Orders -> Toll-Processing Slitting Orders: Made several enhancements to the program including: screen presentation, editing, work order document, slit and skid label printing, and toll-processing packing list.
Bills of Lading: Updated to allow Toll-Processing Slitting packing lists to be added to Bills of Lading form type #1.
Quantity/Cost Maintenance: Immediately after the Item ID is entered, Steel Plus will now check to see if there are any unposted receiving lines on file for the item. If there are unposted receiving lines, the user will be notified via a pop-up window.
Shipments History Report: Updated so that only sales reps assigned to a particular customer may view that customer’s history.
Workstation Configuration Menu: Removed “Define PDF Viewer” option. Steel Plus will now launch the default PDF file handler defined in Windows.
