Company Admins

A Company Admin user role is now available in EnVision. This role enables designated users to manage company accounts by adding, removing, and editing user profiles and assigning other Company Admins. These users will also see a new Admin section in the app, accessible via the grid icon, to streamline user management and administrative tasks.

Product Width and Length Field Added to Select Data Sets

A new field has been added to select data sets, allowing easier grouping of products by their width and length. This field combines the product code with the stored width and length, enabling more efficient summary reporting using these combined descriptors.

Example: The summary report below shows the total sales of product “CH335I” in each warehouse, categorized by different lengths.

Updated Data Sets:

• Sales Order Invoice Lines: Product Width and Length
• Quality Control Hold: Item Width and Length
• Purchase Order Shipping Performance: Item No, Width, and Length
• Purchase Order Lines: Item No, Width, and Length
• Current Tags Inventory Levels: Product Width and Length
