Enhancements

This release includes features designed to expand customer opportunities to pay invoices online using Enmark Pay, including adding invoice links to service charges and storage billing invoices and statements.

Payment Links for Service Charge and Storage Billing Invoice Emails

Customers can now pay service charges and storage billing invoices online through payment links included in emails sent from Eniteo. With this update, the following invoice types are available for online payments.
  • Service Charges: Eniteo users can apply service charges for overdue invoices.
  • Storage Billing: Eniteo users can add charges for storing customer-owned inventory.
Service and Storage Billing invoices can be generated using the respective application in the Billing menu.

How to Enable Email Sending for These Invoices:

  1. Navigate to Maintenance > Application Control > Batch Fax / Email Reports.
  2. Check the “SM” column for the Service Charge Invoice and Storage Billing Invoice.

Payment Links for Statement Emails

Payment links have been added to statement emails. These statements display open invoices and allow customers to select and pay invoices online. Statements are generated using the statement-related reports in the Accounts Receivable menu.

How to Enable Email Sending for Statements:

  1. Navigate to Maintenance > Application Control > Batch Fax / Email Reports.
  2. Check the “SM” column for Customer Statements and Customer Statements for Prior Period.

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed an issue that was slowing performance in the Shipping application.
  • Fixed an error in the Billing application when Vertex is used to calculate sales tax for sales orders and a freight charge was added to the sales order.
  • Fixed an issue in Cutting where back-to-stock tag numbers weren't retained when creating a cutting batch in certain data scenarios.
  • Fixed the ability to add a master tag or change the master tag on a production order in the Post Production application.
  • Fixed an issue with Allow Gain Reduction not allowing user to reduce gain below default or to 0.
