Credit Card Surcharging for Enmark Pay

With this release, Enmark Pay supports the ability to add a credit card surcharge to eligible credit card payments.

Key features include:

• Automatically adding surcharge % and applicable surcharge taxes to eligible credit card payments made online or through a credit card terminal
• Card issuer compliant processing, including handling state exclusions (i.e., Massachusetts and Connecticut)
• Adding surcharge totals and disclosures to quotes, orders, and invoices
• Supporting partial and multiple invoice payment scenarios as well as prepayment
• Storing each surcharge and tax as a debit memo, linked to the original invoice and order for enhanced payment traceability

Display Paid Amount, Discount Amount, and Balance Due Totals on Invoices with Enmark Pay

This release adds a new option that can be enabled for Enmark Pay customers that will display the amount paid and balance due for an invoice when generated for customer. Early payment discount will also display, if applicable.

To enable this feature, there’s a new “Show Payment and Balances on Invoices” checkbox in Application Control menu > Billing > Payments tab. 

In addition, if you’re not using the standard invoice report in Eniteo and are using a version customized for your company, contact our support team at support@enmark.com and we can update it to include this feature.
