Scanner devices can be updated directly from within the application. When an updated version of the app is available and a user logs in, a prompt will direct the user to update to the latest version.
Step 1: Update the App
- Log into Eniteo Scanning on your scanner.
- Click Update. The application will download.
Step 2: Reinstall the App
Once the download is complete, the device may request permission to install the app.
Note: This permission only needs to be granted once per device. Future updates will not require this step.

Click Settings.

Turn on the Enable from this Source option.
- Once enabled, the scanner device will ask the user to update again. Click Update to proceed.

Because the Eniteo Scanning App is distributed directly by Enmark and not through the Google Play Store, a security scan will be prompted.

Click Scan App when prompted.

Wait a few moments for the scan to finish.

- Once the scan is complete, click Install to complete the installation.
- Once the app install is finished, click Open to open the Eniteo Scanning app and login.
