French Language Support in Printed Forms

With this release, a variety of updates were made that allow customers to issue forms in French for business conducted in Quebec, Canada.

Forms: Updated standard forms in Eniteo to support secondary translations, such as French.
Forms: Added logic to default customer and vendor-facing forms to French if the Ship to, Bill to, or Vendor location in the appropriate form type is set to Quebec, Canada.
Forms: Added new alternate logo radio option to Application control > Form Defaults to upload a logo that will be applied whenever the secondary language is used on a form.
Forms: Added a new “Enabled Secondary Language” option in Application Control > Reporting to turn on a secondary language for forms.
Forms: Added the ability to switch customer-facing forms between base and secondary languages in the Print Settings tab of Print Preview, when "Enable Secondary Language" is turned on in Reporting.

Scanning Documents: Fixed a performance issue with scanning MTR and other document attachments.
Bank Reconciliation: Fixed an issue with Back Ordered items creating duplicate amount entries in Bank Reconciliation when prepaid.
Command Center: Fixed an issue with flawed notes being added to line descriptions in forms printed from Command Center.
