Enmark Pay: Over the Phone Credit Card Payments
With this release, Enmark Pay adds the option to accept card-not-present payments over the phone securely using integrated credit card terminals. This gives your customers a way to quickly and securely make payments while on the go or away from a computer.
Once a customer is ready to pay, salespeople inside Command Center can select a new Enmark Pay Phone payment method. After clicking Charge, the integrated credit card terminal will prompt the salesperson to enter card number, expiration, CVV, and postal code. Once approved, Eniteo is updated and a confirmation email can be sent that includes a Payment Receipt and Sales Order.

Please note: Over the Phone Credit Card Payments is available for Enmark Pay customers not enrolled in the Merchant Surcharge Program. If you collect credit card surcharges, continue using the sales order prepayment option to send customers a payment link via email.
Other Enhancements
- API: Improved EDI logging by adding clearer error messages when outbound invoice records are missing. This helps users and support teams more easily identify and resolve communication issues during invoice transmission.
- API: Username was added to the Salesperson1 and Salesperson2 information sources in Report Writer to help with partner integrations.
- Enmark Pay: Renamed "Enmark Pay - ACH" deposit type to "Enmark Pay" throughout Accounts Receivable. This minimizes user confusion during reconciliation.
- Enmark Pay: Renamed the "Enmark Pay Prepayment" payment method in Command Center and Cash Sales to "Enmark Pay Online."
- Enmark Pay: New "EPMethod" field added to Report Writer that records the payment method used, i.e, Online Prepayment, Online Invoice Payment, Terminal Prepayment, Terminal Invoice Payment, Phone Prepayment, Phone Invoice Payment, to help easier to report on payments made by method and type.
- Post-Production: Added total width calculation to the BTS grid in Post-Production. This provides users with immediate visibility into the combined width of tags, streamlining quality control and helping verify that tag output matches expected specifications.
- Reporting: Reports in Production will now calculate the scrap percentage on what was used (Master Weight - Return to Inventory Weight) instead of the Master Weight when using the Return to Inventory option in the BTS grid. This improves post-production traceability and ensures accurate scrap percentages by separating returned to inventory from the master weight.
Bug Fixes
- Application Control: Fixed an issue in Form Defaults where message field updates were not saved when exiting the screen. Changes to default messages now save correctly, helping maintain consistent document communication.
- Command Center: Fixed an error that occurred when adding a process to a non-inventory line in a quote. Users can now apply processing charges to lines without requiring a product code.
- Command Center: Fixed a bug that allowed repricing on a blank line after completing an order with Enmark Pay. Repricing is now blocked in these cases to protect order totals after payment.
- Command Center: Fixed an issue where viewing a Sales Order could incorrectly lock a Purchase Order. This allows users to open Sales Orders without unintentionally preventing others from editing associated Purchase Orders.
- Command Center: Fixed an issue in Command Center where switching to Enmark Pay after creating an order would fail. Users can now change payment methods after order creation without encountering errors.
- Customer Maintenance: Fixed an exception preventing the uploading PDF documents to customer accounts in some circumstances.
- Cutting: Fixed an issue in Cutting where users could not add a dog leg to BTS inventory. The Add Dog Leg screen now opens correctly, allowing full tag detail entry.
- Cutting: Fixed an issue in Cutting where sales order lines were visible for processing while on credit hold in some circumstances.
- Forms: Fixed an issue in French-language forms where the incorrect company logo appeared. The correct branding now displays on all French print templates.
- Forms: Fixed a language issue in French Forms where the correct language would not appear until refreshing the screen. Forms now display in the selected language immediately upon opening.
- Inventory Adjustment: Fixed a bug in Inventory Adjustment when editing the Dog Leg field. Users can now update Dog Leg dimensions without interruption, improving workflow reliability during adjustments.
- Inventory Lookup: Fixed a display issue in Inventory Lookup where the Load Number field was blank. Load Numbers now appear as expected, making it easier to identify where inventory is assigned during fulfillment.
- Load Management: Fixed an issue in Load Management where the Processing Purchase Order due date was incorrectly showing the purchase order (PO) date instead of the actual due date. The due date column now correctly reflects the PPO line item due date, ensuring users can schedule and track shipments accurately
- Production Order Entry: Fixed a display issue where the lock icon appeared in Production Order Entry even when the order was not locked. This makes it easier to know when an order is truly being edited by another user.
- Production Order Entry: Fixed an issue in the BTS grid where deleting a tag cleared all entries instead of just the selected one. Only the chosen tag is now removed.
- Production Order Entry: Made the Tag Length field read-only in Production Order Entry when tag dimensions are not required.
- Production Order Processing: Updated Production Order Processing to block finished tag creation when soft reservation lines have zero completed pieces. Users will now see a warning alerting them to add the master tag used to process the material before updating.
- Production Scheduling: Fixed a reporting issue in Production Scheduling where selecting "All Processes" returned no results. Reports now display all relevant data when using this filter option.
- Production Scheduling: Fixed an issue with workstation names in certain formats creating a display issue in Production Scheduling.
- Purchase Journal Posting: Improved performance in the Freight-Out Variance tab of Purchase Journal Posting. The screen now responds faster when selecting multiple BOLs, improving usability for high-volume freight reviews.
- Report Writer: Fixed an error in Report Writer when using apostrophes in conditions.
- SendMail: Fixed an issue where reports with logos failed to send using SendMail in some circumstances.
- Shipping: Fixed an exception in Shipping that occurred when multiple users attempted to use the same inventory tag. The system now handles shared tag usage without errors or interruption.
- Shipping: Fixed a report ordering issue where ShipperLoad printed records alphabetically instead of by order number. Shippers and MTRs now print in the correct sequence to support shipping workflows.
- Value Add: Fixed an issue where Return-to-Inventory costs were incorrectly included during value-add processing. Costs are now applied only when appropriate to ensure financial accuracy.
