Eniteo 13.02.27 delivers new inventory visibility columns in the Calculate Min/Max Levels program and location barcode label printing in preparation for the 1.6.5 Android Scanning App update — which will allow warehouse workers to scan location barcodes during inventory, picking, cutting, and inventory location changes. This release also includes stability improvements across production, pricing, printing, payments, and Command Center.
New Inventory Columns added to Min/Max Configuration for Purchasing Support
The Calculate Min/Max Levels program in the Maintenance menu now includes the same inventory visibility columns available in Inventory Lookup. Purchasers can see how much inventory is on hand, how much is reserved or available, and what is on order — all within the min/max workflow. This gives purchasing teams the context they need to make better informed inventory replenishment decisions without switching between programs.
Ten new columns are available through Edit Columns, organized into piece count and weight groups:
Piece Counts:
- Pieces — total piece count on hand
- Pcs Soft Rsvd — pieces soft-reserved against open orders
- Pcs Hard Rsvd — pieces hard-reserved (committed to specific orders)
- Pcs Available — net available pieces (on hand minus soft and hard reserved)
- Pcs On Order — pieces on purchase orders, transfers, and production orders not yet received
Weights:
- On Hand Wt — total weight currently in inventory
- Wt Soft Rsvd — weight soft-reserved against open orders
- Wt Hard Rsvd — weight hard-reserved (committed to specific orders)
- Wt Available — net available weight (on hand minus soft and hard reserved)
- Wt On Order — weight on purchase orders, transfers, and production orders not yet received
All columns are hidden by default and can be enabled per user through the Edit Columns feature, so each purchaser can configure the view that works best for their workflow. Just Right Click in the grid and select the Edit Columns option to enable the new fields.
In addition, a new Reservations right-click option on any row opens the same reservations detail dialog used in Inventory Lookup, filtered to that item and warehouse. This lets purchasers quickly see which orders are consuming available stock before adjusting min/max levels.
Location Barcode Labels added for Android Scanners
Eniteo now supports a new location barcode type that encodes a warehouse location as a scannable barcode. This release adds the tools to generate and print location barcodes so you can begin labeling racks, bins, and staging areas throughout your warehouse.
Print Location Labels Report: A new report under the Inventory Reports menu lets you print location barcode labels in bulk.
The wizard-based interface filters by warehouse area and location, with an "All" option to print labels for every location in an area. Preview your labels before printing directly to a Zebra label printer.
Print Label Button: A new Print Label button in the Inventory Locations maintenance window prints a barcode label for an individual location on demand — useful when setting up a new location or replacing a damaged label.
Three Standard Label Sizes: Location barcode labels are available in 4x6, 4x3, and 2x4 formats for Zebra printers. Each label prints the scannable location barcode alongside the human-readable location and area description. Your account will be defaulted to match your current tag size, or set to 4x6 if a match is not made. If you need a different label size, please contact Enmark Support for assistance. Below is an example of a 4x3 format.
Bug Fixes
- Cash Receipts: Fixed an issue where the Deposit Type field could be left blank in Cash Receipts. The field now requires a value to ensure proper deposit classification.
- Command Center: Fixed an issue where discussion comments were locked in Command Center when order lines were on an approved load. Comments are now editable for orders on loads that have not yet been shipped or billed.
- Freight Charge Matrix: Fixed an issue where the Minimum Freight Charge calculation used weight decimals instead of pricing decimals for its step increment. The calculation now uses the correct pricing decimal precision. Additionally, the Minimum Freight Charge column is no longer displayed in the Region dropdown.
- Post Production: Fixed an issue where Post Production locked sales order lines after Production Order Processing completed WIP tags. Sales order lines are now released correctly upon completion.
- Production Order Entry: Fixed an issue where the weight field was editable for hard-reserved source material in Production Order Entry. The weight field is now read-only for hard-reserved material, preventing unintended changes.
- Production Order Processing: Fixed an issue where deleting a coil cut in Production Order Processing caused an exception. Coil cuts can now be removed without errors.
- Production Order Processing: Fixed an issue where Return to Inventory (RTI) tags did not calculate feet properly in the Back to Stock (BTS) grid. RTI tag feet values now calculate as expected.
- Purchase Order Forms: Fixed an issue where the "Print PO No Prices" option produced the same output as "Print PO All Lines." Each print option now generates the correct form.
- Receiving Verification Report: Fixed an issue where the Receiving Verification by Product report inflated totals for tags with multiple reservations. Totals now reflect the correct quantities.
- Tag Barcode Labels: Fixed an issue where the 4x3 Zebra tag barcode enlarged and printed on a separate label for certain accounts. Tag barcodes now print at the correct size on the same label.
- Tag Printing: Fixed an issue where tag printing performance was slower than expected in certain circumstances. Tag printing speed has been optimized.
