EnVision 1.4.13 adds new fields to five existing datasets — customer segmentation, customer part numbers and contract pricing, open-versus-received purchasing detail, and a month-by-month breakdown of inventory movement. Every field is available when you build a report and when you ask EnVision AI.

New fields in existing datasets

Customer Type

Added to Sales Order Invoice Lines, Sales Quotes and Orders, Credit Memos, and Shipped Lines. Carries the type assigned in Eniteo Customer Maintenance as a groupable, filterable value, so you can segment sales, quotes, credits, and shipments by the customer categories your team already maintains.

Customer Part Number and Contract Price

Added to Sales Order Invoice Lines and Shipped Lines, from Customer Part Numbers / Contract Pricing in Eniteo. Report using the part numbers your customers put on their POs, against the negotiated price in effect at the line's date — invoice date on Sales Order Invoice Lines, ship date on Shipped Lines.

Purchase Order Lines: open vs. received

Thirteen fields showing where each line stands against its receipts, so you can work the open order book, chase overdue deliveries, and analyze purchase pricing.

Line Status Open, Partially Received, or Fully Received.
Received Pieces / Received Weight (LBs) How much has actually been received.
Open Pieces / Open Weight (LBs) / Open Amount (Dollars) How much is still on order, and its dollar value.
PO Due Date / Line Due Date / Promise Date Header due date, line due date, and the date the vendor promised.
Days Overdue Days past due on a line that is still open.
Unit Price (Dollars) / Unit of Measure Line price in your operating currency, with its pricing basis — for example, "Per 100 Weight".
Buyer The buyer recorded on the purchase order, so buyers can report on their own open orders.

Monthly Inventory Usage: movement broken out by source

Month-to-month movement is broken out further. Alongside the existing Invoiced Usage (LBs), Cutting Inventory (LBs), and Purchased Inventory (LBs) columns, five columns account for the rest of the change between the beginning and ending balance:

Physical Inventory (LBs) Net adjustment from posted physical inventory counts.
Cutting Back To Stock (LBs) Remnant material returned to stock from cutting.
Inventory Adjustments (LBs) Adjustments posted during the month.
Warehouse Transfers (LBs) Material moved between warehouses.
Other Adjustments (LBs) Any remaining movement, so the breakout covers the full change.

With every movement type represented, the columns reconcile exactly to Ending Inventory (LBs) — so a month's change in inventory can be traced to what produced it. Both balances are reconstructed from the same on-hand movement history, so each month's Ending Inventory carries into the next month's Beginning Inventory (LBs), and the latest month ties to current on-hand in Eniteo.

EnVision AI knows the new fields

Ask for open purchase orders, sales by customer type, contract pricing against a customer part number, or a month's inventory movement by source — EnVision AI picks the right dataset and fields.
