Eniteo 13.02.33 adds Microsoft Graph as an outgoing email protocol for Microsoft 365 accounts. Eniteo uses Microsoft’s Exchange Web Services (EWS), through your integrated Microsoft 365 account, to send email — including the invoice and order emails sent from Eniteo to your customers. Microsoft is retiring EWS, so that connection needs to move to Microsoft Graph, Microsoft’s replacement service for sending email. This release makes the switch available, and the guide linked below explains how to make it.
Moving Eniteo Email from EWS to Microsoft Graph
Why the change is needed. Microsoft will start restricting EWS access in Exchange Online in October 2026, then retire it completely in April 2027 (see Microsoft’s retirement notice). Once your EWS access ends, Eniteo can no longer send email through it. Arrange your change before then. The switch does not move your mailbox or alter your email address.

For the IT portion, the guide walks through locating the existing Eniteo application in Microsoft Entra, confirming the Application (Client) ID and Tenant ID, and adding the required Microsoft Graph permissions. This part is for your Microsoft 365 administrator or IT provider — you do not need to complete it yourself. Send it to the person who manages your company’s Microsoft 365 accounts.
Once the Microsoft Entra steps are complete, the guide also covers the Eniteo-side configuration and testing, which your Eniteo administrator completes with Enmark Support. After the switch, Eniteo sends email from the Microsoft 365 account each user signs in with, and users continue sending through their normal Eniteo workflow.
